Location Buckhead, Georgia, United States Location Type On-site Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, fee-for-service, privately supported practice in the Greater Atlanta area. You will work with an experienced clinical team, enjoy a stable existing patient base, and contribute in a positive, team-focused environment that values camaraderie, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and localized therapies in accordance with GA state guidelines. Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical/dental history review, periodontal charting, and risk assessments, and communicate findings clearly to patients and the doctor. Deliver individualized patient education on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and treatment options to support long-term oral and systemic health. Document all clinical findings, treatment rendered, and patient communications accurately and efficiently in the practice's charting system. Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient flow, excellent patient experiences, and adherence to practice protocols and infection control standards. Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Georgia in good standing. Previous clinical dental hygiene experience in private practice or similar patient-focused environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate, motivate, and build trust with patients of all ages. Positive, team-oriented attitude with high professionalism, reliability, and respect for colleagues and patients. Demonstrated commitment to quality care, patient comfort, infection control, and staying current with best practices in dental hygiene.
