Registered Dental Hygienist

If you've spent time in a corporate practice watching your patient time get squeezed with pressure to over-sell, we have a different kind of job for you. We're a privately owned general dental practice that has been building something simple: a good place where good people can do good work. We are looking for one FT RDH. Someone who takes pride in their work, connects with patients, treats their team with kindness and respect, and wants to plant roots somewhere stable.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

Monday through Thursday. 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. One hour for lunch. First patient at 8:00 AM.

Your time is protected:

60 minutes for existing patients (periodic exam + prophy) 90 minutes for new patients (comprehensive exam, FMX + prophy) No double-booking. No rushing. No being asked to do more with less time (or instruments!).

We are a growing, private general practice, not corporate, not a chain. Our dentist is ethical and conservative. You will never be pressured to inflate a perio chart. Our patient base is primarily adults. We're in-network with PPO plans to help our patients maximize their dental benefits. Our team is small, experienced, and genuinely kind and helpful. We don't do nor tolerate drama.
