Base:

$55-$65/hr

Sign-on Bonus:

Up to $3,000 (details to be discussed at interview) Same-day kicker Bonus (optional): $25-$50 on high-output days; (AHP = adjusted hygiene production, net of write-offs/discounts; full details provided in interview/offer.) Schedule & flexibility We are looking for : Wednesdays, Fridays and half-day Saturday. Our most desired days are Saturdays, followed by Wednesday. We will take any days you are able to offer us! Up to 1 hour of flex time/day , cumulative before the first and/or after the last scheduled patient. What you'll do Prophy, X-rays, fluoride, exams (1-hour appts). Perio therapy/SRP; block anesthesia; sealants; desensitization. Intraoral photos; patient education; co-diagnosis with doctors. Curodont for early incipient lesions (self-assembling peptide therapy that promotes remineralization; non-drilling) . Dental diode laser available for adjunctive perio and soft-tissue care. Dentrix experience a plus (training available). Shared EMS Airflow Prophylaxis Master unit for refractory staining cases or All-on-X cleanings.
