Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist (Full-Time / Part-Time) Link Family Dentistry 3509 Spring St., Ste #1, Davenport, IA 52807 Link Family Dentistry is a locally owned, patient-focused general dentistry practice seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 days per week. You'll work alongside Dr. Link, one hygienist, one dental assistant, and one receptionist in a supportive, collaborative environment. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care while building long-term relationships with our patients.

Office Hours Monday & Tuesday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Wednesday & Thursday:

7:00 AM•3:00 PM Friday•

Closed ✔ Flexible 3-4 day work week (24 hours is considered FT/benefit eligible) Benefits 401(k) matching Potential profit sharing Option to participate in healthcare plan Paid time off Paid holidays Complimentary dental work for employees and immediate family Flexible schedule Paid Uniforms Benefits of working in a small, family-oriented practice Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterilization standards Greet and prepare patients for procedures Review and document medical and dental histories Perform adult and child prophylaxis appointments (adult appointments are allowed 60 minutes) Take dental radiographs Apply fluoride treatments Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain accurate patient records and assist with recall systems Follow strict infection control and HIPAA guidelines Assist with scheduling and general office support as needed Must be fluent in Eaglesoft practice management software In addition to caring for your hygiene patients, you'll be part of a supportive team that works together to keep the office running smoothly. We all share in creating a clean, welcoming environment and helping patients move through their visits efficiently. During downtime, we pitch in where needed—whether that's restocking, generalized cleaning of shared spaces or helping maintain a steady, organized daily flow throughout office.
