Job Description
Position Summary Are you a passionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a flexible opportunity? Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the oral health and overall well-being of our community. We are seeking a dedicated RDH to provide high-quality preventive and educational dental care two days per week. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a collaborative care environment that supports whole-person health.
Location Primary location:
Osceola Occasional travel to other dental sites may be required What You'll Do As a valued member of our dental team, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments and document findings accurately Provide preventive dental services including prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, and fluoride treatments Educate patients and community groups on oral health and disease prevention Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers to support integrated patient care Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant patient records Support infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts Assist with clinical and administrative tasks to support overall clinic operations What We're Looking For A compassionate professional who values patient-centered care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with patients and colleagues Strong written and verbal communication skills Licensure & Certifications Active, unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa Current CPR (BLS) certification Current Mandatory Reporter certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse) Why Join Us?
