What You'll Do As the Dental Hygienist Manager, you'll play a key role in both patient care and clinic operations by: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of dental hygienists Providing high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education Monitoring daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow Partnering with dentists and clinical leadership to maintain exceptional standards of care Coaching team members and supporting onboarding and ongoing training Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state regulations Assisting with scheduling, workflow management, and quality improvement initiatives Promoting a welcoming, patient-centered environment for every visit What We're Looking For We're looking for a compassionate leader who enjoys developing others while delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications include:

Pay Details:

$41.00 to $48.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
