• What You'll Do
• As the Dental Hygienist Manager, you'll play a key role in both patient care and clinic operations by: + Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of dental hygienists + Providing high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education + Monitoring daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow + Partnering with dentists and clinical leadership to maintain exceptional standards of care + Coaching team members and supporting onboarding and ongoing training + Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state regulations + Assisting with scheduling, workflow management, and quality improvement initiatives + Promoting a welcoming, patient-centered environment for every visit •What We're Looking For•We're looking for a compassionate leader who enjoys developing others while delivering outstanding patient care.

• Qualifications include:
• + Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license + Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist + Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities + Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes + Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
