We are single doctor owned, not corporate dentistry. We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about quality care, patient education, and being an active part of treatment conversations . This position averages 20-25 hours per week . The days are flexible and planned collaboratively month-to-month based on office needs; however, candidates must be available to work full scheduled office hours , including evening shifts until 7 PM when scheduled . Friday availability is strongly preferred.

Our hygienists play an active role in patient education and co-diagnosis using: digital x-rays intraoral photography iTero scans CBCT / advanced imaging We are looking for someone who is proactive in identifying concerns, educating patients, and partnering closely with the doctor. Responsibilities Prophy, perio maintenance, SRP, gingival scaling, fluoride Digital x-rays and iTero scans Intraoral photos Periodontal evaluation Patient education Accurate charting and documentation Co-diagnosis with doctor Qualifications Current Illinois RDH license 1+ year preferred Strong communication skills Team-oriented and proactive Comfortable with modern dental technology
