Job Description

Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting optimal oral health. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral hygiene practices, and support the overall efficiency of our dental practice. We see patients Monday - Thursday and one Saturday a month.

Supportive leadership and clear growth opportunities What You'll Do Take Xrays Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care Perform scaling and root planing (SRP) Administer local anesthesia Reviewing medical history, vital signs, and current dental concerns. Complete thorough periodontal charting Educate patients and build long-term relationships Laser experience Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures. Support the dental team by managing appointment schedules, updating medical coding, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. What We're Looking For Have an active Illinois Dental Hygienist license Dental hygiene experience preferred but willing to train.
