Auburn Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to add to our Pediatric Dental Team Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday About Us We are a friendly, patient-focused pediatric dental practice dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children of all ages. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Registered Dental Hygienist with a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate is skilled in pediatric care, patient education, and creating a fun, comfortable environment for young patients. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality dental hygiene care for pediatric patients Perform cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and radiographs Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care Create a positive, engaging experience to reduce dental anxiety Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control protocols Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure excellent patient care Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Indiana CPR/BLS certification (current) Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Family friendly schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Paid vacation and 401K Why Join Us?
