Assist with medical imaging procedures as needed, ensuring high-quality imaging results. Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. Skills Strong patient care skills with a focus on comfort and education. In-depth knowledge of human anatomy related to oral health. Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding their implications for dental care. Familiarity with maintaining detailed medical records while adhering to HIPAA standards. Experience using Eaglesoft or Dentrix software for efficient practice management. Knowledge of infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. Competence in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry. Understanding of medical coding practices as they relate to dental procedures.
