Position Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Fridays are a required working day, and we are open to full-time or part-time availability. Key Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $50-$60 per hour, based on experience $8,000 sign-on bonus Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time availability) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Supportive clinical and administrative team In-person work environment with consistent structure and support Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing Ability to work on-site , with Fridays required Experience performing preventive dental procedures independently Familiarity with dental software Strong understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, but not required Passion Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our Holyoke‑area team, offering competitive hourly pay, an $8,000 sign‑on bonus, flexible scheduling, and strong administrative support.
