Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hygiene services, including diagnostic and quality X-rays and photographs. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment and make necessary adjustments. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Collaborate with other dental professionals, including general dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment when necessary. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hygiene technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their journey. About you! Valid state dental hygiene license to practice in MA. Valid state dental hygienist anesthesia permit in MA. The candidate should be comfortable in performing all phases of hygiene. Ability to identify oral diseases and recommend appropriate treatments. Educate patients on their oral health needs. Dedication to staying current with advancements in oral hygiene technology and techniques. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles.

Compensation:
