Dental Hygienist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. GBT available. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Duties:

• Conduct dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, root planning, and prophylaxis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Perform dental charting and maintain patient records accurately
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
• Utilize Dentrix software for patient management
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

Skills:

• Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control practices
• Familiarity with Dentrix dental practice management systems
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry for treating younger patients
