Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Join a Kind, Patient-Focused Team in Somerville Hi! We're a small, close-knit dental team in Somerville looking for a Dental Hygienist who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and being part of a supportive, respectful workplace. We're not a high-pressure, corporate office. We take pride in doing quality work, staying on schedule, and creating a calm, positive experience - for both our patients and our team. What a typical day feels like here: You'll have the time you need to provide thorough care, build relationships with patients, and work alongside a doctor who values your clinical input. Our patients are kind, loyal, and appreciate the attention we give them. We're looking for someone who: Is a licensed Dental Hygienist in Massachusetts Has a gentle, patient-first approach Communicates clearly and kindly Enjoys being part of a team that helps each other out Takes pride in doing things the right way (Experience is great, but attitude and fit matter more to us.)
