We Provide:

State-of-the-art portable equipment and supplies All scheduling and billing managed by 360care Full office support , including: A Care Coordination team handling consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post-op, and IT support Field support and mentorship from the Clinical Director PPE provided

Qualifications Essential Job Functions:

Perform pretesting duties Maintain accurate clinical records and charts through electronic medical records (EMR) Responsible for the care and cleaning of medical equipment Clean up service area after use Assist with patient transportation Communicate effectively with patients, family members, providers, faculty, and staff Provide timely responses to patient inquiries , documenting conversations in the EMR Requires travel up to 100% of the time Must have reliable transportation , a good driving record , and car insurance

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid dental hygiene license
