We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist who is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients while helping grow alongside our team. We value teamwork, professionalism, patient safety, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well, takes pride in their work, and enjoys educating patients on the importance of oral health and comprehensive care. Schedule Office is open Tuesday through Saturday Seeking coverage for 3 days per week Approximately 8-hour shifts Compensation Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and clinical skillset. Pay is negotiable after the initial 90-day period.
New Graduate:
Starting at $50/hour 2-4
Years Experience:
Approximately $60/hour 4+
Years Experience:
$65-70/hour Must be comfortable administering local anesthesia, performing SRPs, and working independently Benefits & Support CE courses and select CE travel opportunities covered CPR/BLS certification covered Compliance training covered Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with a modern private practice Modern technology including digital scanners and AI-assisted scribe software to help streamline workflow and make clinical note-taking easier so providers can focus more on patient care •Licensing renewal fees are the responsibility of the employee. •Position will begin as a 1099 role, with opportunity to transition to W-2 after one year based on mutual fit and long-term commitment. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to educate patients on personalized treatment recommendations and long-term oral health. A hygienist certified in local anesthesia and comfortable performing scaling and root planing is highly preferred due to the patient population we serve. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and periodontal charting Review and update medical histories Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and root planing Take diagnostic radiographs and vital signs as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technology Qualifications Active Dental Hygiene license Local anesthesia certification preferred Experience with SRPs and periodontal therapy preferred Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus Strong communication and patient education skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude New graduates are welcome to apply If you are looking for a supportive private practice where you can grow professionally, build meaningful patient relationships, and be part of a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.
