Job Description

Dream Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a thriving, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a fun, positive, and child-friendly environment. We believe that every child deserves a great dental experience, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our outstanding team. Active RDH license in Maryland Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional care Why Join Dream Smiles?
