We are a modern, privately owned dental practice that values teamwork, quality care, and long-term relationships with both patients and staff. Position Details
Part-time:
2 days per week Flexible scheduling available
Compensation:
$65•70 per hour Bonus opportunities available Office Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
6:45 AM•4:30 PM
Tuesday:
6:45 AM•4:30 PM or 9:00 AM•6:00 PM
Alternating Fridays:
7:00 AM•1:00 PM Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in diagnosing and monitoring periodontal conditions Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Strong communication and patient education skills Experience with Dentrix, digital radiography, and intraoral photography preferred New graduates encouraged to apply Team-oriented, dependable, and professional Benefits & Perks Paid vacation and wellness days 6 paid federal holidays Performance-based bonuses Continuing education opportunities Dental benefits for employee and family On-site gym access Guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even with last-minute cancellations Supportive, collaborative team culture Individually owned private practice•not corporate dentistry At Old Town Smiles, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team.
