Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our collaborative care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a supportive, forward-thinking clinical environment. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including assessments, cleanings, periodontal care, and patient education Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to a diverse patient population Opportunities to support community outreach efforts, including options to participate in mobile hygiene programs serving patients in schools, community centers, and other non-traditional settings Collaborate closely with dentists and care team members to ensure integrated, patient-centered care Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and product recommendations based on the latest clinical research What We Offer A mission-focused workplace where your work directly improves access to care Opportunities to participate in mobile and community-based dental programs Eligibility for tuition reimbursement through HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) programs A commitment to staying current with the latest dental research, technologies, and evidence-based product recommendations Supportive team culture with ongoing professional development opportunities Experience Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Maine Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to serving diverse populations Passion for community health and reducing barriers to care Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in public health or community-based settings is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
