Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, values high-quality clinical care, and wants to work in a supportive and positive environment. We are specifically seeking someone who will be available on Fridays starting in September. Interviews will be held promptly with the opportunity to join our team in June or July. Whether you are looking for an additional day in your schedule or seeking 3-4 days a week at an office you can grow with, we would love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Perform periodontal charting and clinical documentation accurately
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive care
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable, and positive patient experience
• Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical excellence
• Support a team-first culture focused on communication and compassion What We're Looking For
• Active Michigan RDH license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
