Part-Time Dental Hygienist•Grossi Dental & Wellness Dr. Grossi's high-quality, patient-focused dental practice in Flint is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our long-standing team. We are dedicated to providing top-notch care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. Our patient base is growing quickly—and with hygiene appointments booking out nearly a month in advance, we're excited to welcome another amazing Dental Hygienist to our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive practice that values patient-centered care, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Job Description:
Provide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleanings Perform oral health assessments and screenings Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habits Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver seamless patient care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical skills in preventive care and patient education Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and put patients at ease Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with time management Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of professionalism Licensing & Certification Requirements Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
