Job Description

We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus!
  • Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full or part time Dental Hygienist to join our team!
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent oral healthcare to our patients. You will work closely with the dentist and other dental professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. We are an upbeat private owned, one doctor practice that loves our patients and working together as a team. We seek to add an energetic, professional dental hygienist with a great attitude, caring spirit and willingness to achieve greatness!
  • Responsibilities
  • Perform dental cleanings and oral hygiene treatments for patients
  • Conduct patient assessments, including taking medical and dental histories
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations
  • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
  • Take dental x-rays and develop them for diagnostic purposes
  • Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Qualifications
  • Valid Dental Hygienist license in Michigan.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Proficient in anatomy knowledge related to oral health
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy
