Position Summary We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) Assess patients' oral health and document findings Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Assist dentists with diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of MN Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience with dental software is preferred but not required Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Paid time off Continuing education opportunities Supportive and friendly work environment Retirement plan Health and dental insurance Why Join White Smiles Dentistry?
