Position Overview Holger Dental Group is seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Hygienist who is passionate about educating patients and improving overall health through exceptional preventive care. We are a progressive, complete-health dental practice looking for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships, empowering patients through education, and working alongside a collaborative team committed to excellence. As the primary patient educator, you will help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness while delivering outstanding clinical care in a supportive, technology-driven environment.

Wednesday:
6:45 AM•4:30 PM (Minneapolis)

Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall health. Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and document findings accurately. Utilize intraoral cameras and other technology to educate and motivate patients. Identify restorative concerns, periodontal conditions, and opportunities for improved oral health. Provide prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and personalized home care instructions. Build trust with patients by identifying their personal health goals and motivating treatment acceptance. Collaborate closely with the doctor by communicating clinical findings and patient concerns. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure OSHA and infection control compliance. Participate in daily morning huddles and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. Help build lasting patient relationships through exceptional service, referrals, and patient education. What Success Looks Like Patients leave educated, comfortable, and empowered to improve their oral and overall health. Daily hygiene production goals are consistently achieved. Strong patient relationships result in increased treatment acceptance and long-term patient retention. Positive collaboration with doctors and team members creates an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license. Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuing education and professional growth. Experience with comprehensive periodontal therapy and digital technology is preferred. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
