Dental Hygienist

Flexible on days but need Thursday coverage. Choose your own schedule. We are in the process of transitioning to digital and paperless using Dentrix software. Office hours 8am-4pm. Fun team to work with!
Duties:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
  • Take and develop dental x-rays-traditional. Also have a Dexis Nomad portable xray system. In the process of transitioning to digital x-rays.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions
  • Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing oral cancer screenings
  • Scaling and Root Planing and Perio Maintenance
  • Administer local anesthesia as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the dental office system
  • Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Experience:
  • New Grads encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping
