Job Description

Our programs remove barriers to care and provide essential dental services to underserved children from birth through high school across 10 counties in southeastern Minnesota. About the Role We are seeking a part-time Dentist to provide restorative dental care to patients 18 years and younger. This role includes supporting our mobile dental program and signing Collaborative Practice Agreements with our Registered Dental Hygienists, enabling them to provide preventive care in schools and community settings. This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise to make a direct and meaningful impact in the lives of children—without the administrative stress of running a practice. You'll work alongside a skilled and supportive team, providing care both in our clinic and on the road. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality restorative dental care to pediatric patients Support the mobile dental program, including travel to school and community sites Sign Collaborative Practice Agreements with Registered Dental Hygienists Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences Educate patients and parents on proper oral health practices and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and CDHS protocols in all clinical activities Requirements Dental Therapy degree from an accredited dental school Current Minnesota dental license in good standing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience working with pediatric or underserved populations preferred Why You'll Love Working Here Mission-Driven Work - Help improve oral health for children in need Flexible Schedule - No weekends and a 4-day work week.
