Job Description

We have a full-time opportunity for a part-time Advanced Dental Therapist (ADT) at our Rochester clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring, clinical dentistry. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission! Why Work for Us Enjoy meaningful work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth Provide culturally sensitive oral health care, preventive education, professional training, and advocate for access for all What We Offer Professional development opportunities 401k plus company match PTO Bank Advanced Dental Therapist Procedures ADTs are empowered and supported to practice at the top of their scope of practice to include but not limited to: Wide range of operative cases as well as limited exam and recall exam Pediatric procedures including pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers and primary tooth extractions Permanent tooth stainless steel crowns Extraction of class III mobile permanent teeth Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients Conduct oral evaluation and assessment of dental disease and the formation of an individualized treatment plan authorized by a collaborating dentist. Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records Qualifications Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry CPR/AED Certificate Experience working with children and culturally diverse patients preferred
Rochester Clinic Hours Monday/Tuesday:
7:50am - 3pm
Wednesday/Thursday:
7:50am-5pm
Friday:
