Ideal Candidate The right person for this role is someone who is: Reliable, friendly, and professional Passionate about patient care and education Comfortable in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator with patients and team members Positive, team-oriented, and willing to grow Focused on helping patients improve their oral health Excited to be part of a practice that is growing and improving every day Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures and periodontal maintenance Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment needs Take digital X-rays and assist with diagnostic records Support comprehensive exams and treatment planning Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Build trust and strong relationships with patients Work closely with doctors, assistants, and the front office team Help create an excellent patient experience at every visit Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license Strong communication skills Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude Commitment to high-quality patient care Experience preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
