Lawson Family Dental is hiring a Licensed Dental Hygienist for 2 to 4 days a week in Sartell, MN. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including patient assessment, charting, and periodontal evaluation while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and infection control protocols. Perform prophylaxis, root planing, and fluoride treatments; educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care to improve overall oral health. Utilize dentistry techniques to support the dentist, ensure efficient patient flow, and maintain accurate medical and dental records. Operate dental software ( Eaglesoft) for scheduling, documentation, and coding; monitor vital signs as needed and communicate findings to the team. Ensure a safe clinical environment by applying aseptic technique and adhering to medical and dental terminology standards. Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist with current licensure and CPR certification Proficient in chairside assisting, dental terminology, patient care, and aseptic technique Experience with HIPAA-compliant medical records, general dentistry, and patient assessment Familiar with dental software (Eaglesoft) ability to perform four-handed dentistry and vital signs assessment Strong communication and customer service skills; knowledge of medical/dental terminology and procedures
