Job Description
We are Dental Health of Willmar, a patient-focused, team-oriented dental practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist and Licensed Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

- 60 per hour, depending on experience What you can expect:
- One-hour adult prophy appointments
- 1.5-2 hour SRP appointments
- 90-minute new patient appointments (We prioritize quality care over rushed schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and periodontal procedures
- Take and evaluate dental radiographs
- Complete periodontal charting and assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall health
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
- Administer local anesthesia as allowed
- Follow infection control protocols
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide excellent care Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) Position Pay range: $23
- 36 per hour, with increases based on experience
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited dental assistant program
- Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take dental radiographs
- Support patient comfort and education
- Maintain accurate charting and records
- Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
