REGISTERED DENTAL
HYGIENIST- seeking motivated and compassionate dental hygienist for an exceptional dental practice in Lees Summit, MO. This is a Part-time position with the opportunity for FULL-time. Pay is based on experience and credentials. Our dynamic dental team is seeking a talented dental hygienist who will join us in our mission of Clinical Excellence , in all that we do. We offer a wide range of services that provide multi-levels of experience for our staff. We also feature electronic dental records, digital x-rays and 3D imaging. We are looking for someone who: Educates patients on their unique oral health needs and desires. Perform all hygiene clinical procedures to include prophy, scaling in presence of gingivitis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, sealants, Arestin, fluoride, and intraoral camera. Communicates well with the doctor as to patients' possible areas for restorative, orthodontic, periodontal and cosmetic needs. Partners with the whole team to provide an excellent patient experience. Possess a spirit of ownership with regards to the hygiene schedule A current MO license to practice dental hygiene and administer anesthetic Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate patients Knowledgeable with digital charting and x-rays An interest in growing and developing skills A desire to embrace preventative centered care Enthusiastic Team Player Experience Ideally one year experience as a Dental Hygienist in a busy dental clinic or office setting with familiarity in general dentistry procedures Proficiency in using dental software for scheduling, documentation, and record management.
