Job Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care! Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews to ensure safe and effective treatment. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs. Assist with chairside procedures such as applying fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive measures. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) in Eaglesoft ensuring HIPAA compliance. Support infection control protocols by practicing aseptic techniques and sterilizing dental instruments according to industry standards. Proficiency in Eaglesoft for documentation review and medical coding. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical imaging techniques. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate clearly. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and documentation review processes. Ability to perform chairside assisting with a focus on aseptic technique and infection prevention. Knowledge of general dentistry procedures along with pediatric-specific considerations for comprehensive care delivery. Pay:
$48.00 - $55.00 per hour
