Since opening, the practice has built a loyal, multi-generational patient base by providing exceptional care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment. This opportunity is ideal for a hygienist looking to establish a long-term dental home where teamwork, communication, and patient relationships are truly valued. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Schedule:
Part-Time:
2-3 days per week. Thursday is required. Additional days available Monday through Wednesday. No evenings or weekends.
Compensation:
$47-$53 per hour , based on experience.
Practice Highlights:
Established private practice serving the community since 2003. Strong, consistent patient flow with a loyal, multi-generational patient base. 3 operatories with 2 dedicated hygiene operatories. Close-knit, supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together. Excellent communication throughout the office. Patients frequently compliment the positive atmosphere and friendly staff.

The ideal candidate is someone who: Is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (or eligible for licensure in Montana). New graduates and experienced hygienists are both welcome to apply. Enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. Wants to become part of a stable, long-term practice. Values teamwork and open communication. Takes pride in providing exceptional preventive care. Is dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
