About Us Capron Family Dental is a patient-centered practice dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team — full-time or part-time options available. In this role, you will be a vital part of our patient care experience — performing preventive dental cleanings, educating patients on oral health, and working closely with our dentists to deliver outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings Provide professional prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing treatments Take and review digital X-rays as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Document patient records accurately and maintain up-to-date charts Collaborate with the dental team to develop and carry out individualized patient care plans Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory in compliance with infection control protocols Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with digital X-rays and practice management software preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment New graduates are welcome to apply Why Join Capron Family Dental?
