Part-Time (1-3 days per week) Join Our Growing Team! The Dental Market is a modern, patient-centered private dental practice located in the North Hills area of Raleigh. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment while building lasting relationships with our patients. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team beginning around mid-July. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while working in a supportive, team-oriented office that truly values its employees. Schedule We are initially looking for coverage on: Tuesday 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Every other week: 8:00 AM

PM Position:
1-3 days per week We're Flexible! While Tuesdays and Thursdays are our greatest need, we understand schedules vary. If those days don't work perfectly for you, we're happy to discuss other scheduling options for the right candidate. As our practice continues to grow, additional days may become available. Compensation & Benefits ✔ $50- 60/hour based on experience ✔ Flexible scheduling ✔ PTO ✔ Holiday pay after 90 days ✔ Scrubs provided ✔ No evenings ✔ No Fridays ✔ No weekends ✔ Supportive team environment ✔ Opportunity to grow with our expanding practice Responsibilities The Registered Dental Hygienist will: Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services Perform comprehensive oral health assessments Conduct periodontal charting and risk assessments Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance Take digital radiographs Capture intraoral photographs as needed Perform oral cancer screenings Administer local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide (if licensed) Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care Document clinical findings accurately in electronic dental records Collaborate with the doctor to support comprehensive treatment planning Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection control standards Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care Qualifications Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist License Current CPR/BLS Certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable and punctual Experience with digital radiography Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (if applicable) Local anesthesia certification preferred Who We're Looking For Our ideal hygienist is someone who: Loves building relationships with patients Takes pride in providing exceptional clinical care Is dependable and organized Communicates well with patients and teammates Enjoys working in a positive, collaborative environment Wants to grow with a thriving private practice If you're looking for a flexible part-time position where you'll be appreciated, supported, and have the opportunity to grow with our practice, we'd love to hear from you!
