About Us Cottonwood Dental is a biological and functional dental practice focused on whole-body health. We go beyond traditional dentistry, connecting oral health with overall wellness and offering services outside the norm. We're a team-oriented, growth-driven office that values strong relationships, clear communication, and high standards of care—for both our patients and our team. About the Role This is not your typical hygiene position. Our hygienists take the lead on appointments—guiding patient conversations, educating on oral-systemic health, and helping drive treatment decisions. We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and ready to play a key role in patient care. What We're Looking For Valid Nebraska Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and patient care skills Confidence in leading appointments and patient discussions Team-oriented with a high level of accountability Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Interest in biological/functional dentistry (or willingness to learn) Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Employer-matched
