Our office has proudly cared for generations of families in the community and is built on relationships, trust, and patient centered care. We have a very welcoming "mom and pop" private practice feel and value creating a comfortable, supportive environment for both patients and team members. As our practice continues to grow, we are entering an exciting season of development and are looking for a hygienist who is interested in helping shape the future of our hygiene department and patient experience. While we are in the early stages of implementing updated systems and workflows, we are seeking someone who is open to collaboration, values growth, and is excited to contribute ideas and input as we continue building a dynamic and meaningful hygiene experience for both new and existing patients. What We Offer Competitive salary Consistent four day work week Three day weekends every week Supportive and team oriented environment Growth minded leadership Paid holidays PTO package Schedule Monday through Thursday (Flexible hours) 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (32 to 36 hours weekly) Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene treatment Educate patients on oral health and home care Take radiographs Perform periodontal charting and assessments Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes Collaborate closely with doctor and team to provide excellent patient care Contribute ideas and help strengthen the patient hygiene experience and systems within the practice Qualifications Active Nebraska Dental Hygiene License CPR Certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team oriented mindset Positive attitude and professionalism Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply If you are looking for a supportive private practice where relationships, growth, and quality care matter, we would love to meet you.
