Job Description

Lindner Dental Associates is opening up a satellite office in Windham, NH! We are seeking energetic, friendly and compassionate Dental Hygienist s to join our dental team led by board-certified dentists. Summary The ideal candidate is upbeat, engaging, and passionate about educating patients and their families on preventive dental care. Our office views dental hygienists as key members of the treatment team and have a culture of mutual respect and collaboration amongst dentists, hygienists, assistants and other staff members. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely with colleagues within our multi-specialty practice— strong communication, flexibility, and a team-centered attitude are essential. We also value individuals who are eager to contribute ideas, improve processes, and support a positive, trusting workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess oral health condition including oral exam
  • Expose radiographs as needed
  • Review patients' medical history and records
  • Dental charting and documentation
  • Intraoral camera use
  • Instruct and educate patients in good oral hygiene habits, dental procedures, and options for care
  • Clean, scale, and polish teeth
  • Perform post-operative patient care
  • Apply fluoride desensitizer and/or varnish
  • Clean and stock operatories
  • Control supplies and order as needed
  • Anticipate doctor's needs and assist with patient exam Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in the state of New Hampshire (required) Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanor Ability to adapt to change and work in a team-oriented environment Able to build trust and rapport with all ages and their caregivers What We Offer A supportive, collaborative work environment Modern and renovated facility that uses up-to-date technology and equipment Mutual respect and collaboration between doctors, hygienists, assistants and other team members Opportunities for professional growth A chance to make a meaningful impact A strong focus on hygiene and patient education: minimal sterilization and administrative duties as we have a dedicated front desk and sterilization team Qualifications Required - RDH License in New Hampshire We are looking for someone full time or part time.
We are looking for pediatric hygienists and adult hygieniests. This position will be trained out of our office in Bedford, NH. Our Windham satellite office is opening in September 2026.
