Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care while building meaningful relationships with patients. You'll work in a modern, technology-driven practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Take and process diagnostic X-rays Conduct patient screenings and periodontal assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Collaborate with the clinical team on individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols Utilize advanced dental technologies (e.g., digital scanners) Deliver friendly, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license CPR/BLS certification Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene Strong knowledge of dental procedures and infection control standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with advanced dental technology is a plus New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
