Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice for Wednesday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to promoting oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental hygiene services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the practice. Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations for patients. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures. Take and record vital signs as necessary to monitor patient health. Maintain accurate medical records, including treatment plans and patient history. Assist in pediatric dentistry by providing care tailored to children's needs. Operate dental equipment and systems, including Eaglesoft, for efficient patient management. Collaborate with dentists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. Skills Strong background in patient care with an emphasis on comfort and safety. Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain infection control standards. Experience or interest in pediatrics, particularly in providing dental care for children. Familiarity with dental systems such as Eaglesoft for managing patient records and appointments. Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures. Ability to accurately assess vital signs and assist during dental procedures. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about ortheir oral health. Pay:
$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
