Job Description

Rancocas Woods Family Dentistry is a single-doctor practice that has been providing care to Mount Laurel and the surrounding communities for over 40 years. We are looking for a full-time hygienist to become part of our team. Our current hours are Mon/Tues (10-7), Wed/Thurs (9-6) and one Saturday morning a month. Why work here? No Fridays Hygiene-dedicated assistant in office. No side-booking and we do not participate in DMOs. We do not ask our hygienists to sell brushes, whitening, periodontal treatment, or anything else to our patients. Paid time off and paid holidays; reimbursement for continuing education; uniform allowance; end of year bonus. Participation in 401K with profit-sharing possible after one year.
Duties:
Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing. Take digital x-rays. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid state dental hygiene license. Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate patients on oral health practices. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
