Guided Biofilm Therapy Practice Location:

FullTime Compensation:
$43.00 - $52.00 per hour + bonuses + benefits DOE About Us We are a progressive, patientcentered dental practice committed to delivering the highest standard of preventive and periodontal care. Our hygiene department is fully equipped with EMS Airflow Prophylaxis Master technology , and we follow the complete Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) protocol for every patient.

What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care using the 8step Guided Biofilm Therapy protocol Utilize Airflow, Perioflow, and Piezon technologies for biofilm and calculus management Perform periodontal charting, assessments, and individualized patient education Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and follow all infectioncontrol standards Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with GBT and hygiene best practices What We're Looking For Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of New Mexico Passion for preventive care, patient education, and minimally invasive dentistry Interest or experience in Guided Biofilm Therapy (training provided if needed) Strong communication skills and a warm, patientfocused approach Teamoriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive, collaborative culture Comfort using digital charting and modern dental technology What We Offer Competitive pay with performance bonuses Medical, dental, and retirement benefits (for fulltime team members) Stateoftheart equipment and a practice that values your clinical autonomy Opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the hygiene department
