Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist (New Grads Welcome!)
Sundance Dental Care of Grants Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Top Pay + Bonus 30% of adjusted collections OR $45/hour minimum — whichever is higher $5,000 sign-on bonus Strong patient flow = excellent earning potential Why Join Us Established, busy practice with a supportive team Consistent, productive schedule (8-12 patients/day) Modern, patient-focused environment What You'll Do Perform cleanings, SRP, and preventive treatments Educate patients on oral health Collaborate with dentist and team on care plans Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols What We're Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist (new grads encouraged to apply) Strong communication and patient care skills Team-oriented and reliable Benefits 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO + paid holidays Continuing education support
