Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental office. Our goal is to provide exceptional dentistry while maintaining a collaborative and uplifting atmosphere where everyone succeeds together. Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care Take digital X-rays Educate patients on oral health and home care and treatment recommendations Assist in identifying and documenting periodontal conditions Maintain accurate patient records Help provide an outstanding patient experience Assist in creating a comfortable, positive patient experience Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to ensure smooth daily operations Manage appointment flow efficiently while maintaining quality patient care Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Be adaptable and mindful of the practice's daily needs, including assisting the team when needed to support overall office success Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Help contribute to a supportive and uplifting workplace culture Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing Current local anesthetic license Current CPR certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education abilities Friendly, professional, and compassionate chairside manner Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality patient care Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and remain mindful of the needs of the practice and team Experience with periodontal therapy, digital radiographs, and electronic charting preferred Experience with Eaglesoft software preferred Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and patient-centered care
