Job Description
Overview Dental Hygiene Coach Dental Care Alliance's (DCA) mission is to advance the practice of dentistry by partnering with and supporting dental professionals to create a lifetime of healthy smiles. Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, DCA currently supports over 400 allied practices and more than 1800 dentists and hygienists across 24 states. Our allied practices span all dental specialties, treating patients under more than 150 brand names. Join us as we shape the future of dentistry together! DCA is seeking a knowledgeable, motivational, and proactive Dental Hygiene Coach to join our team in our New York and Connecticut Region supporting the 16 local offices. The Dental Hygiene Coach will be responsible for training and supporting dental hygienists, helping them optimize patient care, refine their techniques, and enhance their professional skills. This role combines clinical expertise, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure that our dental teams deliver consistent patient care and maintain the highest standards of practice.

- Fatse Dental Center #LI-JG1 Responsibilities Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) : Provide coaching and mentoring to dental hygienists on patient care, technique, and professional best practices through chairside one-on-one sessions and group training.
Work Environment:
