Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Gentle Dental
  • Vestal, NY Overview Gentle Dental is a state of the art, patient-centered private practice seeking a friendly, motivated, and clinically excellent Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

If you enjoy building long-term relationships with patients, working alongside a collaborative team, and delivering high-quality preventive care, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations and periodontal assessments
  • Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive services
  • Take and interpret digital radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations
  • Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in electronic records
  • Assist in identifying restorative and periodontal treatment needs
  • Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient care Qualifications
  • Current New York State Registered Dental Hygienist license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Experience with Eaglesoft preferred, but not required What We Offer
