We deliver exceptional clinical care while creating a truly personalized patient experience. Position Overview Our Dental Hygienists—often referred to as "Hygenius" —are much more than clinicians. They are educators, advocates, and key drivers of patient health outcomes . In this role, you will help patients understand the connection between their oral and systemic health, identify risks early, and guide them toward informed decisions about their care. By uncovering each patient's personal motivators, you will play a direct role in improving both health outcomes and treatment acceptance. What You'll DoClinical & Hygiene Responsibilities Assess and maintain a "Healthy Mouth" baseline for every patient Update medical histories, record vitals, and identify health changes Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and chart findings Identify areas of concern including periodontal disease, decay, and failing restorations Utilize intraoral imaging to enhance patient understanding Deliver preventive care and periodontal therapy aligned with clinical standards Provide personalized home care education Patient Education & Communication Educate patients on current conditions, risks, and recommended next steps Help patients understand the long-term impact of oral health on overall health Address questions and collaborate with the team to support patient care Communicate effectively with the doctor to ensure continuity and quality of care Scheduling & Continuity of Care Support ongoing patient care through appropriate recall scheduling Reinforce the importance of preventive and periodontal maintenance Help ensure patients stay on track with recommended treatment What We're Looking For Active Ohio RDH license Strong clinical skills with a focus on periodontal health Passion for patient education and relationship-building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused mindset Our Core Focus We exist to enhance our patients' overall health and quality of life by continually advancing our understanding of the oral-systemic connection. $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
