What We're Looking For:

Active Ohio Dental Hygiene license (required) Excellent communication and chairside manner Reliable team player with a strong work ethic 2+ years experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply A hygienist who values autonomy and professional respect , working as a partner in care alongside the doctor Someone passionate about co-diagnosis, patient education, and empowering patients to take ownership of their health A provider who takes pride in collaboration and sees themselves as a key counterpart in delivering comprehensive care
