Position Overview The Dental Hygienist must abide by various regulatory compliance rules and must always treat patients with dignity and respect. General Responsibilities Provide dental hygiene care for patients through initial screenings, radiographs, periodontal screening, oral cancer screening, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene instructions Documents dental hygiene progress notes and accurately enter procedures in charge entry Maintains dental equipment, safety checks, quality control logs, and operatories Maintains adequate dental supplies for patient care, ordering or notifying designated staff when needed Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program required Dental Hygienist license in the State of Ohio required Minimum of 2-4 years' of dental office experience preferred Windows-based computer experience required Benefits Five Rivers Health Center offers a complete benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts with employer contributions, health reimbursement account, 9 1/2 paid holidays, 20 paid vacation & sick days, employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability & life insurance, wellness incentive, organization incentive, retention bonus, CEU allowance, tuition discounts and 401(k) with employer contribution.
